📍 Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).


🌐 International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship internationally.


🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods
  2. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
  3. Then contact us at support@vancouveronline.net with your order number and photos of the damage
